Cinch Registration Assistance

Again, just as a reminder, I’m not up to speed on Cinch and don’t know much about it – please direct all your questions to the Cinch support people below.  I’m just passing on their info.

DubLi-Connect is excited to partner with you and DubLi for your success! The information below will help you subscribe to DubLi-Connect or update vital information on your CONNECT account page.

Once you subscribe at http://dubli-connect.com/EntryAccountSetup/Subscribe.aspx and download your CINCH, managing all of your online business tools becomes much easier. The CINCH automatically logs you into CONNECT, DubLi.com or DubLiNetwork.com with a single click!

Both your DubLi.com and DubLiNetwork.com logins are required to setup your CINCH and fully activate your CONNECT tools; in fact, entering this information is the first step in the DubLi-Connect subscription process. However, gathering all the right data can be confusing, because DubLi has different login requirements for the auction and back office sites. Here’s what you need to know:

When asked for your DubLi.com Information

  • Enter your current Username, NOT the email address associated with this account.
  • When logged into DubLi.com, your Username is displayed after “Hello” in the Member Area on the left side of the page. You can also click ‘My Profile’ in the Member Area to view your account information, including DubLi.com Username.
  • If the Username and/or Password don’t match up with the records at DubLi.com, DubLi-Connect will display an error message.

When asked for your DubLiNetwork.com Information

  • Enter the current email address associated with your DubLiNetwork.com back office.
  • (The back office doesn’t have a Username field.)
  • If the Email and/or Password don’t match up with the records at DubLiNetwork.com, DubLi-Connect will display an error message.

If your subscription is active, but you need to update your DubLi login(s)

  • Log into CONNECT, and click ‘My Personal Info’ (in the upper right, under ‘My Account’).
  • Click the ‘Edit’ button next to the login you need to update, and fill in as described above.
  • If the login(s) can’t be verified with DubLi, CONNECT will display an error message.

The DubLi-Connect subscription page will soon display a ‘Username Help’ link, with a video showing how to retrieve the correct DubLi.com information.
